NTA Commercial Partners The Rosettex Technology and Ventures Group consists of over 80 leading information technology (IT) organizations consisting of commercial companies, academic institutions and research organizations as well as systems and analysis and systems integration firms that provide expertise in three technology areas to supply the NTA with technology solutions and commercialization capabilities to translate science into solutions through a broad alliance of partners. The Chemical, Biological, and Radiological Technology Alliance (CBRTA) consists of 13 commercial and academic organizations, led by 3M Company, that provide the Government unprecedented access to proprietary technology and manufacturing capabilities for CBR defense and security needs. CBRTA provides the opportunity for the Government to leverage member companies' R&D investment in products that meet CBR security and defense needs.
